Coach Michael “Lil Warrior” Franco
Owner/Head Coach — Warzone Boxing Club Rialto

Michael “Lil Warrior” Franco, better known inside the gym as Coach Mike, is the oldest son of Warzone Boxing Club founder Coach Al Franco. Raised in the Warzone system, Michael grew up around real boxing, competition, discipline, and the standards that helped build Warzone Boxing Club into one of the most recognized boxing programs Nationally.
Before turning professional, Michael had an outstanding amateur boxing career, building a 57–1 amateur record. His success as an amateur showed the skill, discipline, and competitive foundation developed through years of training under the Warzone system.
As a professional boxer, Michael continued that success, finishing with a 19–1 professional record and 12 knockouts. During his professional career, he also captured a version of the WBC Youth title, adding to the Franco family’s long history in the sport.
Today, Coach Mike serves as owner and head coach of Warzone Boxing Club Rialto. His coaching is built around real boxing fundamentals, proper footwork, defense, conditioning, mitt work, bag work, controlled pressure, and disciplined fighter development.
Whether working with beginners, amateurs, or fighters preparing for competition, Coach Mike teaches with the same expectations he was raised with: respect the sport, learn the fundamentals, work hard, and build proper habits from the ground up.
At Warzone Rialto, Coach Mike continues the family standard — real boxing training, real coaching, and a commitment to developing fighters the right way.
