CANCELLATION POLICY
CONTRACTED ACCOUNTS:
You may be able to cancel your account free of charge by canceling within 3 business days of initial agreement. After the 3 days, a 30 day notice will be needed to cancel. If notice is within the 30 days of payment cycle, a payment for the final month will be charged at the normal rate. There are no other cancellation fees imposed.
MONTH to MONTH ACCOUNTS:
A 24 hour notice is all that is needed via telephone call or text message to cancel. However your account will be billed 1 minute after midnight on the billing date scheduled. No refund(s) will be given for payments processed. You must cancel on time prior to billing date.
PERSONAL TRAINING:

To cancel a PERSONAL TRAINING account(s) “any” sessions completed will be charged at the FULL PER SESSION RATE of $75 per session. Any discounts given will be voided and a 30% cancellation fee of entire full price amount will also be imposed.
HOW DO I CANCEL?
To cancel any Contract Account other than a month-to-month agreement, you must use one of the following accepted methods. These are the only valid forms of cancellation, a verbal cancellation in person or a text message will not be accepted.
1. Mail a written notice indicating your intent to cancel via first-class mail.
2. Deliver a signed and dated notice in person that clearly states your intention to cancel the agreement.
3. Send an email to usa.boxing@yahoo.com.
Please ensure that the cancellation is initiated by the individual(s) responsible for payments. These forms are your proof of cancellation.

NOTE: TEXT MESSAGES or TELEPHONE CALLS ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE MEANS OF CANCELLATION.
If that doesn’t work, check your state’s laws. California is one of the states that gives consumers a “cooling off” period. You may have three to five days in which to cancel a contract by sending written notice to the Warzone Boxing Club.
