CANCELLATION POLICY

We value your membership and are here to assist you with any questions regarding cancellations.

Please carefully review the following cancellation policy to ensure a smooth process:

CANCELLATION PROCESS:

All cancellations must be submitted via email to usa.boxing@yahoo.com

Cancellations are only accepted during our business hours: Monday through Thursday, 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM.

Emails received outside of these hours or on weekends will not be processed.

CANCELLATION TIMEFRAMES:

Within 3 Business Days of Initial Agreement: You may cancel your account free of charge within 3 business days of signing your agreement. However, a $20 per day-use fee will apply for any days the facility was used during this period. After 3 Business Days:

A 30-day notice is required to cancel your account. If your notice falls within 30 days of your next billing cycle, you will be charged for the final month at the normal rate. There are no cancellation fees.

BILLING & REFUNDS:

Accounts are billed one minute after midnight on the scheduled billing date.

To avoid being charged, you must cancel by 9:00 PM the day before your billing date during our business hours, Monday through Thursday, 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM.

If your billing date falls on a weekend, it is your responsibility to notify us by 9:00 PM by Thursday the day prior to the deadline date. Once a payment is processed, no refunds will be issued.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

The individual responsible for payments must initiate cancellations.

Verbal cancellations, text messages, or in-person requests will not be accepted.

Your email serves as proof of cancellation, so please retain a copy for your records.
