About Upland Flagship: Our premier location features a full-size ring, heavy bags, speed bags, and flexible schedules to fit every lifestyle (including personal training as early as 3:00 AM). Home to youth, teen, men's/women's/coed, amateur, professional, and personalized training programs. Easy access via I-10, I-210, and major surface streets—with ample parking in the Vanguard Centre area. Note: Midday hours (typically 10:30 AM–2:30 PM weekdays) are reserved for professional boxers and elite amateurs only.
